These terms define the conditions for using the travel accompaniment matching service provided by FUKU-TABI (the "Service"). Users (including travelers and caregivers) must agree to these terms before using the Service.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Service is an intermediary service that matches travelers who need physical support with registered individual caregivers. The Service is not a direct provider of travel, but provides a matching platform.
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with the following: - Not provide false information - Respect the safety and dignity of other users - Not use personal information outside its intended purpose - Not conduct private monetary transactions through the Service
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
The following activities are prohibited: - Unauthorized access or attacks on the system - Defamation or harassment of other users - Illegal activities through the Service - Commercial use of Service information without operator permission
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Service is not liable for troubles, accidents, or damages occurring between travelers and caregivers, unless caused by the Service's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may update these terms as necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on the site. We will notify users of significant changes.
Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kagoshima District Court as the court of first instance.
