Consultation

Please feel free to call or email us. Even if you're not sure whether you can travel, that's okay. We'll answer any question you have.

Our staff will carefully ask about your destination, schedule, wishes, and support needs. Feel free to share any medical concerns or worries.

Approximately 30–60 minutes by phone or online

Based on the assessment, we select a caregiver suited to your needs, considering gender, experience, qualifications, and support capabilities.

We will contact you within 3–5 business days

Before the trip, you will meet your caregiver to confirm the route, preparations, and emergency procedures.

Conducted online or in person

Your caregiver accompanies you from departure to return, providing safe support for transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and meals.

You can contact our staff in case of emergency

After the trip, we ask for your feedback to improve future experiences. Please share any thoughts at any time.
