We have various initiatives in place to ensure users can feel safe using our service.
We consider safety and security to be the most important aspects of this service. Below we explain our initiatives.
Pre-Trip Assessment
Our staff carefully conducts an assessment before the trip, confirming the destination, schedule, support needs, and medical considerations, then sharing this with the caregiver.
Caregiver Verification Policy
We verify qualifications, experience, and conduct interviews with prospective caregivers. While not yet an official certification system, we carefully select trustworthy individuals.
Staff Support
Our operations staff remains available during travel. If any issues arise between caregivers and travelers, we will intervene and respond.
Incident Response Policy
In the event of any trouble, our staff will respond promptly. We provide emergency contact information in advance so you can travel with confidence.
Privacy Protection
Personal information entrusted to us will not be used for purposes other than matching. Both parties' information remains private until a match is confirmed.
Future Initiatives
We are currently developing a caregiver training program and identity verification system. We will continue to improve our environment for your safety.
